XClipper Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of XClipper (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. What the App does

The App is a tool for saving video files from URLs you specify to your device, and for organizing and playing them. Saved videos are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud).

2. Your responsibility

You may use the App only to save content that you own or that you are authorized to save by the rights holder. Saving, copying, or redistributing third-party content without permission, or using the App in violation of the terms of service of the source website, is prohibited. You bear sole responsibility for any such use.

3. Paid features (XClipper Pro)

The App offers a one-time (lifetime) purchase and auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly / yearly) via App Store in-app purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

4. Credits and referrals

Free-plan download credits, credits granted for watching ads or redeeming invite codes, and referral rewards may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. Credits and referral rewards have no monetary value.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Because video retrieval depends on external services, we do not guarantee that every URL can be saved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
